992 от 22.12.2017г. на Общински Съвет, с оглед реализиране на проект на техническата инфраструктура, „Улица с осови точки 37-51-52-53-54-55-56-57 и улица с осови точки 37-38-39-40-41-42-43-44-45-46-47-48-49 в м.Буджака, землище на гр.Созопол”, Кметът на Община Созопол уведомява собствениците, че открива процедура по принудително отчуждаване на следните недвижими            В срока на обявлението собствениците на посочения имот следва да представят документи за собственост в отдел „Правни дейности и управление на собствеността”, Община Созопол, пл.”Хан Крум” №2, стая №37. В противен случай сумата за паричното обезщетение ще бъде преведена по сметка на Община Созопол, съгласно чл.29, ал.2 от ЗОС.

           Правоимащите лица могат да посочат банкова сметка, по която да им бъде преведено обезщетението за отчуждавания имот.

           Обявлението да се публикува в два централни и един местен ежедневник, на интернет страницата на Община Созопол и копие от него да се постави на определеното за целта място в сградата на общината.
